All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be informed accordingly.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery time ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery timelines may vary based on courier partner, location, weather conditions, or other external factors.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
6. Delivery Issues
a) Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
Vindhya Nutrition is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
b) Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery partner is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability, additional delivery attempts may be made.
In case the order is returned due to repeated failed attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept the delivery and inform the courier partner immediately.
If an issue is noticed after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with images of the package and product.
8. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control such as courier delays, natural events, or operational disruptions. Vindhya Nutrition is not liable for such delays but will assist in tracking and resolution.
